What are macex.oox files?
I have some macex.00x files in the My Documents folder. What are these? Do I need them? If so, can I put them somewhere else?
These are the backup copies of your macro (.mex) file. From the Macro Express – Explorer window click on Options | Preferences | Backup. Choose whether to continue keeping backups (recommended) and change the location of where the backups are stored. After backups are saved to the new location, then you can delete the other ones.
