Using the “Completely Hide” option, will the Editor open without rebooting?

There is a “system” Hot Key to bring up the editor. Default value for this is CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+W. You can change it if you like by double clicking on this macro in the Macro Editor. The System Hot Keys window will appear where you can then change this hot key combination.
