How do I save information from an Excel cell to a variable?

Have the macro go to the Excel cell, highlight the contents and copy them to the clipboard. Next use the Variable Set String or Variable Set Integer commands, depending on your needs and the type of value in the cell. Select the Set Value from Clipboard option.
