Is it possible to have Macro Express continue a macro after a Windows restart?

Not directly. You may, however, be able to separate your task into two separate macros. The first would run before Windows is restarted. The second could be set to run when Macro Express starts.

There is not a way to continue running a macro that was interrupted by restarting Windows.
