Can Macro Express record Alt+Num Key combinations? For example, Alt+Keypad 0222 is a Thorn. When I try to record combinations like this, all that seems to be recorded is <Alt><Alt><Alt>, etc.
No, it does not record these correctly. To get these types of characters into a macro, you would need to edit the macro. In the scripting editor, choose the Text Type command to open the Text Type window. Click on the Symbols button to choose from a number of characters or symbols.
If not found there, click on the Alt-Key Sequence button to enter the number of the character you want to play back in the macro.
