No, the Snippets are not exported. The Snippets are not associated with a specific macro file.

Open the Macro Express – Explorer window and click on Options | Preferences | File System to the File Paths tab. Scroll to the bottom to see the name and location of the file that stores the Snippet information. You could copy this file or contents to another machine.
