- Two of the Modify Text Variable commands were enhanced. These are the "Copy Part of
Text" and "Delete Part Of Text". These commands can now accept Integer Variables
for the starting positions and for the number of characters to copy or delete. This enhancement
can facilitate the ability to delete the last xx characters from a text variable by first
obtaining the length of a text variable (using a Set Integer Variable command).
- Changed "Copy Macro" found on the main window of the Macro Express Editor to
"Duplicate Macro". Hot Key was changed from ALT+Y to ALT+D. The "Modify Directly"
hot key was changed from ALT+Y to ALT+D.
- The main window of the Macro Express Editor and the Scripting Editor Window will now remember
if they were last in a maximized state and will appear in a maximized state if so. Prior
to this change, the window would be stretched to a near maximized state, but not actually
in a maximized state.
- In the Scripting Editor, if the Macro Script has the focus and one of the lines is highlighted
in the script, you can now press the Enter Key to modify the scripting option.
- The "Command Wizard" Window which is invoked in the Scripting Editor now remembers
where it was the last time it was used.
- ALT+F4 would not close the Scripting Editor Window.
- Bug Fix: Not all the elements in a "Send E-mail" command would expand variables.
This included the message header and email recipients.
- Bug Fix: The "Recurse into subfolders if using wildcard names" option was not
working properly in the "File Commands" commands such as "Copy File or Files".
- Bug Fix: "Mouse Macros" that relied on coordinates of the screen were not working
properly as the x coordinate of a mouse click was always being interpreted as zero.
- Bug Fix: The scripting editor was using ALT+M and ALT+S accelerator keys in two places.
This has been corrected.
- Bug Fix: If the last script item was highlighted in the Scripting Editor and the"Insert
->" button was pressed and you cancelled out of inserting a command, you would get
an "Index out of Range" error.
- Bug Fix: When using the "Command Wizard" from within the Scripting Editor, using
the Insert Before, Insert After and At End would correctly place the new line in the correct
spot, but the cursor would not properly move so that the subsequent insert would not be placed
in the expected location in the script.
- Bug Fix: The "CD Close Tray" command would not free up control of the CD-ROM
drive so that the CD-ROM drive was not accessible via Explorer until a "CD Stop"
command was issued.
