- Date and Time now prints out on Scripting Editor printouts.
- Added a "cancel" option to the dialog box that appears when exiting the Scripting
Editor without saving changes. This allows you to stay in the editor if you inadvertantly
hit the ESC button to exit out of it.
- Added an option to the Scripting Editor Menu under "Commands". The menu option
is called "Prompt In Command Wizard". When checked (default), you will be prompted
in the command wizard whether you wish to continue adding commands after each command is
added. This is the way the program has always worked. If this menu option is unchecked, you
will no longer be prompted, but the assumption will be that you wish to continue adding commands
via the command wizard.
- Added new "Clipboard Empty" command which empties the clipboard.
- Documented in the help file how to programatically run macros from other programs using
Windows API commands.
- Bug Fix: On some computers, directory names (including . and ..) could show up in
the file name list using the "Repeat With Folder" command. This problem was introduced
with enhancements to this command in v2.0c.
- Bug Fix: The "If Clipboard" command would not correcly compare the contents
of the text clipboard to an empty string. The condition would always be false.
- Bug Fix:Sending "no text" to the clipboard by using the Clipboard Start
Copy and Clipboard End Copy commands with no text in between would not clear out the clipboard.
Doing such a thing could be useful if one was trying to preserve the original contents of
the clipboard by saving the contents to a variable and then placing the contents of the variable
back into the clipboard when completed. If the variable contained no value (i.e. was blank),
then the clipboard would not get set back to being empty.
- Bug Fix: The "Del" key for the Scripting Editor which deletes the highlighted
line or lines of the script was active even when the "Properties" tab was selected.
This caused the delete key to not appear to work when using it to delete characters from
the macro nickname. Worse was the fact that it could be deleting lines of macro without you
seeing it.
- Bug Fix: Running multiple MXE file (playable macros) could cause an error to occur. The
processing of MXE files and running macros with the command line parameters /A and /MXE was
overhauled.
- Bug Fix: Changes made to the Keyboard Remapper in the Macro Express Editor would not take
effect until the Macro Express Player was shut down and restarted.
